Front Covers for 2011 WACE Examinations
Front covers for all 2011 WACE examinations are available under examination materials on the courses page of the Curriculum Council website at http://curriculum.wa.edu.au/internet/Senior_Secondary/Courses/WACE_Courses/WACE_Courses.
These front covers have also been sent to all schools that have students enrolled in WACE examinations.
The examination front covers are useful in students’ preparation for the WACE examinations. They contain details of the structure of each examination, the allocation of marks and the rules governing the conduct of the examination.
In courses with both written and practical examinations, the front covers show the weightings for the two parts of the examination. For the oral and performance practical examinations in 2011, all students will be issued with a personalised practical examination front cover on registration at the practical examination centre.
Front covers are not provided for language examinations that are set interstate (Arabic, Chinese: Background Speakers, Hebrew, Indonesian: Background Speakers, Japanese: Background Speakers, Modern Greek, Persian: Background Speakers, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Vietnamese).
