Implementation

2007 was the first year of implementation. The first WACE examination for Engineering Studies was conducted in 2008.

Summary

Engineering Studies provides a focus for students to investigate, research and present information; design and make products, and undertake project development. These activities provide students with opportunities to apply engineering processes, understand underpinning scientific and mathematical principles, develop engineering technology skills and to understand the interrelationships between engineering projects and society.
