Community Service Program
The community service program supports a government commitment to help students understand the importance of contemporary community values and to ensure young people understand their rights and responsibilities as active members of society. The program commenced with Year 10 students in 2007 and will be a requirement of the WACE from 2009.
The Curriculum Council, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training, Association of Independent Schools of WA and Catholic Education Office, have developed a set of guidelines and a log book for recording the hours of service completed.
