Enrolments in WACE Course Units
Enrolments from Year 10–Year 12 students studying Semester 1, Semester 2 or full-year course units must be completed and uploaded onto SIRS by Friday 25 May 2012.
To assist with the collection of student enrolments in course units, instructions relating to data transfer are given for providers in section 6 of the WACE Procedures file.
Instructions for uploading the enrolment files onto the Student Information Records System (SIRS) can also be found in section 6 of the WACE Procedures file.
All data transfers from schools to the School Curriculum and Standards Authority must be electronic.
VET enrolments
Enrolments in VET must be completed and uploaded onto SIRS by Friday 22 June 2012 for Year 12 students and by Friday 3 August 2012 for Year 10 and Year 11 students.
