Personal development programs recognise activities that develop skills, knowledge and attitudes for the achievement of personal goals, civic responsibility and/or improved health and fitness, for which no formal certificate or award is issued.

Schools can develop their own personal development programs and apply to the council for endorsement, or select from a range of programs that have already been endorsed by the council.
